Returns publishers and their connected CAIDs/MIDs available for receipt and enriched-data matching.
By default, the response only includes CAIDs/MIDs where recent transaction data exists. This keeps the response focused on identifiers that are currently observed in active data flows, while excluding identifiers that may belong to onboarding merchants, paused flows, changed acceptance setups, or other cases where no recent data has yet been received
